Lisa Adelle (Belcher) Crockett, 48, of Olympia, Washington, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Lisa was born on December 29, 1976 in Centralia, Washington to William and Susan Belcher. A devoted daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend, Lisa’s life was marked by compassion, faith, and an unwavering commitment to her family and serving others.

 

Lisa grew up in Rochester, Washington where she graduated from Rochester High School in 1995. She excelled academically, going on to earn her BA from Eastern Washington University in 1998, her MBA from Norwich University in 2006, and later her DBA from the University of Liverpool in 2015. Her love of learning fueled a distinguished professional career where she earned numerous professional accolades and held various board and committee positions. A Providence employee for over 25 years, Lisa most recently served as the Vice President of System Strategy & Planning.

 

On June 29, 2002, Lisa married the love of her life, Dayle Crockett, and together they built a marriage rooted in faith, partnership and purpose. Their shared devotion to Christ guided every part of their lives together. Avid travelers, Lisa and Dayle led and supported numerous mission trips through their church and Josiah Venture, including three to Latvia, where they built relationships, encouraged local ministries and poured themselves into serving communities in need.

 

Lisa was a dedicated volunteer and sought-after board member. She served as a Board Member for AHA Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, as a Board Member for Healthcare Executives Forum, on the Board of Fellows, College of Graduate & Continuing Studies (CGCS) with Norwich University, past Board Member of the Partridge Society Board of Directors for Norwich University, School of Graduate Studies MBA Alumni Program Chair for Norwich University, Providence International Mission Warehouse Volunteer, DBA Student Representative and Staff-Student Liaison Committee for the University of Liverpool, and Track Official for the Washington State Senior Games.

 

Lisa called Olympia home for the past 22 years. She is survived by her husband, Dayle Crockett of Olympia, WA, her mother, Susan Belcher of Rochester, WA, her sister Janet Silcott of Poulsbo, WA, and her beloved nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her father, William Belcher.

 

Lisa will be remembered for her generosity, her brilliant mind, her quiet strength and her unwavering faith. She lived fully and with purpose.
