Elaine Rose Gilman (Klein) age, 77 passed away on 11/9/25 at 3:34am at the Heart hospital in Albuquerque, NM. Elaine lived in Los Lunas, NM with her late Husband Dave Gardner Gilman Sr for the last 30yrs.

Elaine was born in St Cloud Mi. She later moved to Providence RI with her mother Gilbertha Klein and her two younger brothers Robert Klein and Daniel Klein. She met her late husband in Warwick RI, then moved to South Windham CT. Finally moving to New Mexico in 1994,  and building their retirement home in Los Lunas.

Elaine wore many hats throughout her life from a stay at home mom, school crossing guard, managing the family egg and poultry farm to customer service representative for various cell phone companies till retirement.

Elaine loved her hobbies. She had a very creative mind and loved sewing, Crocheting, creating stain glass art and anything that would spark her creativity.

Elaine loved her two dogs Greta and Gerta. She took great care in feeding her wild birds but her absolute love was for hummingbirds.

Elaine was a very passionate women cared for everyone. But yet she had no problem speaking her mind. She was a generous lady always opening her home and property to the lineman and line apprentices to park their camper and time to time cooking meals and offering advice or just a listening ear.

Elaine is survived by her brothers Robert  & Daniel Klein her Son David Gilman Jr & his Wife Patti. Daughter  Michele Angelucci & her fiancé, Martin McCormick

Grandchildren- Sarah Gilman, Kari Amend & husband Brandon,Nicholas Gilman & wife Gabriella, and Dylan Angelucci

Great grandchildren- Aiden Gilman & Noah Amend
