Kathleen Louise Niehaus, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on November 28, 2025, at the age of 69. She is survived by her beloved son, Bryce Niehaus.

Kathleen lived a life full of color, laughter, and unapologetic individuality. She enjoyed playing pool, spending time with friends and family, and loving animals of all shapes and sizes. She sang, she danced, and she embraced her passion for theater with joy and enthusiasm.She was wonderfully weird, delightfully kooky— and often just the right amount of inappropriate. Her caring nature, boisterous spirit, and boundless love made her unforgettable to everyone lucky enough to know her. Kathleen’s vibrant personality filled every room she entered, and her heart overflowed for those she loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date; details will be shared when finalized. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kathleen’s honor to JoshProvides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation (joshprovides.org), an organization dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with epilepsy and their families—an important cause to Kathleen, in honor of her cherished grandson.
