Sharon Lou Domenico Plessinger was born on May 7th, 1944, in North Denver. She grew up with her sister Carolyn in the North Denver Italian community, and she lived much of her life in Arvada Co where she raised her family after marrying Garry Plessinger.

She will be received in death by her husband Gary, grandson Dylan, her mother and father and several brother in laws and sister in laws. She is survived by her daughters Cheri Robertson of Ace, Texas, Tricia Hesser of Westminster, Colorado, Rhonda Arensdorf of Broomfield, Colorado and son Danny Plessinger of Westminster, Colorado. In addition, she is survived by her Sister Carolyn Jones, multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

During her life Sharon loved making several baby blankets sets, hats, scarves and blankets for many family members and friends. She had a passion(addiction)lol! for shopping and was always interested in jewelry, shoes, clothes and purses. Sharon was creative and loved to create cookbooks based on her recipes that she would come up with or based on something she had read and modified to make it even better. In her free time one of her favorite things to do was to go to lunch with her sister Carolyn and daughter Tricia. Sharon loved Cheddars, Westy Café and McCoys.

During Sharon’s younger years she was voted teen queen by the radio station KIMN here in Denver Co. She married Gary Plessinger at a young age and supported him as he served in the Air Force, stationed in Morocco. Sharon was a devoted wife and mother and always did what was best for the family to make it through good and tough times. She and Gary both worked in the grocery business here in Colorado as well as some of the children. Sharon was an excellent florist at Safeway.

Sharon went by many names, Mom, Grandma, Grams and GiGi. Sharon raised her four children and Grandson Jeff Plessinger. She was very engaged in their lives and always provided unconditional love and support. She was always available for babysitting and frequently babysat one of her grandchildren. She loved to spoil them with sweets, toys, lots of love and hugs.

Everyone will truly miss her smile, laughter, love and hugs. She was truly loved beyond words.

Rest in peace, pain free, and cancer free.
