A loud bang and a bright light

Pamela Joan Rhines was the heart and soul of our family. Her sudden passing has left us with a deep sense of loss and upset. She is survived by her husband Raymond Arthur Rhines, her daughter Rachael Lee Rhines, and her two grandchildren Heidi J. Blanchard and Hunter R. Blanchard. She also loved her stepdaughters Mary Elizabeth Rhines, and Lindsey Joyce Rhines as well as her step- grandchildren. Pamela was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She moved down to Englewood, Florida, with her parents and siblings in 1990, where she met her best friend and future husband, Raymond. She was a loud bang and a bright light to any room she entered, and she always confidently strutted through any crowd she encountered. She loved not only her family, but also her close friends who she considered her family. Pamela gave her all with everything she did, including her personal cleaning business in Boca Grande that she created from the ground up since 2012. She will be remembered as a fiery soul who swept through the lives of many and continues to do so in her legacy.
