Belinda Louise Pike passed away surrounded by love on December 28, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of devotion to family, faith, and community. Known affectionately as “Grammy” by those who cherished her most, Belinda’s life was defined by kindness, service, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone she met. A memorial service is planned to honor her life on Friday, January 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM. A visitation hour will take place at 10:00 AM until the service time.
Belinda was a proud and devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Teresa (Tony) Rhodes; her grandchildren, CJ and Waylon Wombles, who were the light of her life; her brother, James Claude (Judy) McCurdy Jr.; and a host of extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her father, James McCurdy; her mother, Bobbie McCurdy; and her loving spouse, Vernon Pike.
Belinda dedicated many years of her professional life to Five Star Chevrolet, where she worked diligently until her well-earned retirement. Beyond her career, she was deeply involved in her community. She proudly served as Deputy Grand Regent of the Women of the Moose and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, exemplifying leadership, service, and compassion in all she did. Belinda was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Manchester, where she found fellowship and spiritual comfort. In her personal life, she embraced joy wholeheartedly. She loved to travel, dance, and cheer passionately for the Atlanta Braves. Her laughter, warmth, and unwavering support will forever be remembered by those fortunate enough to know her.
