Keith Leclerc passed away, leaving behind a remarkable legacy as a visionary entrepreneur, respected industry leader, mentor, and devoted family man.

Keith was the founder of International Diamond Center (IDC), which he built from the ground up through determination, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With roots in the coin and bullion business and decades of experience in wholesale jewelry and jewelry manufacturing, Keith possessed a rare and comprehensive understanding of precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and market cycles. His insight and foresight allowed him to navigate every economic environment with confidence and discipline.

Known throughout the industry for his extraordinary command of pricing and inventory, Keith had an uncanny ability to recall diamond pricing and manage an inventory of immense scale. His leadership combined a wholesaler’s mindset with a retailer’s heart, always placing trust, value, and long-term relationships above short-term gains.

Keith believed deeply that business was personal. Over more than 40 years, he built enduring relationships with employees, partners, and vendors, many of which spanned decades, and took great pride in mentoring others and sharing his knowledge. His relentless work ethic and guiding principle of “no excuses” helped shape the culture and success of IDC.

Above all, Keith was a man of deep faith and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His relationship with Jesus Christ was the foundation of his life and guided how he loved, led, and served others. He cherished his family beyond measure and found his greatest joy in time spent with them, especially his grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of his life.

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Leclerc; his children, Ashley, Brian, and Danielle; his sons-in-law, Brian “BS” Stamey and Chad Masters; his daughter-in-law, Danae; and his thirteen grandchildren: Gavin, Noah, Isaac, Ethan, Kaiden, Henry, Liam, Maeli, Kennedy, Ascher, Gentry, Uriah, and Ember.

The family takes comfort in knowing that Keith is now in the loving arms of Jesus, dancing on the streets of gold in heaven.

A memorial service will be held for Keith at Calvary Church in Clearwater; the date and time to come.

Keith Leclerc will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
