Bradley J Cook March 27. 1990 -Dec 14 2025 unexpectedly passed away , Brad had a wicked sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved with his whole heart, and his passing leaves a void in everyone who knew him . He is survived by his parents Michele Hoose-Smith (mother) Scott R Smith (Stepfather) and Bernard J Cook (father) and Laurie Cook (stepmother) his Aunt Rosemary Newell, several Aunts & Uncles His siblings, brothers Bryan Bland , Cody Cook , Galin  Cook , and his stepbrothers Justin Smith, Sean Smith and Tyler Smith, his sisters Mariah Nunez-Reyes, Annie Becker. He left behind 2 beautiful beloved daughters, Aylin and Belynda . Nieces and Nephews, Angel Agosto Jr. , Madelynn Bland and Gracie Bland , Galen and Madelyn Cook and  Kinslei, Meilani, Cayden ,Cameron Becker. A celebration of life will be held here in Arizona for him .
