Kelly Dale Lewis, 58, of North Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on January 6, 2026, in North Charleston.

Kelly was born on January 29, 1967, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Kathy Davis and Dale Lewis, both of whom preceded him in death. He later made his home in North Charleston, where he built a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work.

A graduate of Stall High School, Kelly dedicated his career to working as a professional plumber and handyman. Known for his strong work ethic, he took pride in doing honest work and helping others, never shying away from a job that needed to be done.

Kelly was a devoted Christian who lived his life guided by his faith. His favorite scripture, Matthew 6:33, reflected how he sought to put God and family first in all things. He was not afraid of death, finding peace in the promise of eternal life. He looked forward to being reunited with his loved ones who had gone before him and was most excited to meet Jesus.

Above all else, Kelly was deeply devoted to his family. He is survived by his children, Marsha Weber and Kyle McManigal; his grandchildren, Malakai, Everett, and Kyle Jr.; and his siblings Shawn Main and Kevin Lewis. He was preceded in death by his sister Kristina Krusec.

In his free time, Kelly enjoyed camping, sitting on the porch, watching football, and spending time playing darts and pool. He was known for his sense of humor and his ability to make others laugh, leaving behind memories filled with warmth and familiarity.

Kelly will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his faith, and the values he lived by each day. His legacy of love, hard work, and steadfast belief will continue through all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service will be held Monday, January 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Cathedral of Praise. Kelly was cremated.
