Wise, Marie, 74, of Wimauma passed away January 10th, 2026 at Sun City Center Hospice House with her husband Ryan by her side. Born and raised in Lorain, OH she graduated from Admiral King High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Ruby and Alex Berki. Marie is survived by her husband Ryan Wise, son Kirk Johns, stepson Shaun (Melissa) Wise, stepdaughter Kristin (Chris) Santoro, siblings George (Margie) Berki, Bruce Berki, Cindy (Marlon) Taylor, Alex (Kathleen) Berki and grandchildren Brayden, Cooper, Arabella and Sophia. Marie started her own real estate company in 2005 where over the years she earned many top achiever awards and accolades. Marie had an infectious smile and wit. She loved spending time in the sun and with her family. Marie was a huge Bon Jovi fan, who she had seen live with her husband Ryan many times and would be seen cutting a rug anytime his music was in earshot. Her beautiful smile and spirit will be missed by all who knew her.

Marie’s visitation will be held Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 6-8pm at Sun City Center Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 10am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
