Charles Micheal Hartley, 75, husband of Katherine Hartley, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. A native of Frankfort, he was born on October 18, 1950 to the late Charles and Helen Nickles Hartley. Charles was a longtime employee with Kroger.  

In addition to his wife, Katherine, he is survived by his daughter-in-law, Tonya Hartley; his grandchildren, Katelyn (Cameron) and Emily (Jaeden); and his great-grandchildren, Paisley and Marleigh.  

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jamie Hartley. 

Private Services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society or Life House for Animals.
