Joyce Ann Parker, 83, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on Friday, January 9, 2026.

Joyce was born in Oil Trough, AR, to Bonnie and Nola Foster on April 16, 1942.

She met the love of her life, Edward Jay Parker, and were married on August 27, 1960. They shared 52 wonderful years together, raising four children.

She worked various jobs and was a homemaker. Joyce was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

She loved Jesus with all of her heart and loved her family immensely.

Joyce is survived by her children, Wayne (Kathy) Parker, Karan (Ron) Owens, Pam Seale and Tina (Gray) Glende; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 PM, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Sutter Cemetery, 7200 Butte Ave, Sutter, CA.
