Marla Oney Rosenberger passed away December 31, surrounded by love, just one day before her birthday. Marla was a truly special woman, kind, selfless, and deeply devoted to her family. She had a gentle way of making others feel seen and cared for, whether through her constant encouragement, thoughtful notes, or being one of the first to celebrate the milestones of those she loved. Marla will be remembered for her warm heart, her unwavering support of her children, and the deep bond she shared with her family. Her sense of humor and her remarkable ability to make friends in any situation will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna; her father, Earl; her husband, Jerry; and her mother, Pauline. She is survived by her son, Geoff (Angie), and her daughter, Gretchen (Jacob); her grandchildren, Stephanie (Nathaniel), Jake (Autumn), Hannah, Cooper, and Crosby; and her great-grandchildren, Matthew and Charlotte. Though her absence is deeply felt, her legacy of love, kindness, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of those she cherished. A funeral service will be held January 22, 2026 at 11:00 am at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Portland with a gathering for friends and family afterwards at Core Food Carts. All are welcome to join and support our family and share your favorite memories of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
