Claire Polidori passed away on December 17, 2025, at 99 years old, born in in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1926.

Her lifelong journey began as a bilingual translator (French/English) during WW2 for the Canadian National Railways.  Then in Washington DC at the French Air Mission attached to the French Embassy, where she met her husband Francois Polidori, they married in Montreal.

He had come to the US to train as a fighter pilot with French detachments to return to the war theatre, but the war ended.  He became an engineer and worked at Canadair and the Boeing company on ICBM’s, Apollo, Peacekeeper, and the Space Shuttle programs.

Claire was a loving and caring mother to her three children and enjoyed living in Cocoa Beach, Fl., for half a century.

Survivors include sons, Robert, spouse Brittany, Andre, spouse Shirley, Daughter, Francine, spouse Joeseph, grandchildren, Adelaide, Luciella, Kelle, Dawn, Madeleine, Elisabeth, and great grandchildren, Makayla, Charlotte, Lorenzo, and Luca.

A mass of Christian Celebration will be held at the Church of Our Saviors, Cocoa Beach, Fl., on February 2, 2026, at 1 pm.
