Gary Dickhut passed away surrounded by family on Friday, January 23, 2026, age 83. Gary is survived by his devoted wife Janice of 58 years. He is further survived by his sons Christopher (Wendy) and Brady (Tina); grandchildren Dakota (Abby Bausch) Johnson, Tyler Dickhut, Hunter (Kaelyn Bingen) Dickhut, Logan (Olivia) Dickhut, Lucas (Miah Christianson) Dickhut, Blaze and Paige Finley; and great granddaughter Blair Finley. Gary is also survived by his sister Marcia Lueder. He is even further survived by other nieces and nephews.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Verna; brothers-in-law Norman Lueder, James Wenzel and George MaGee; sister-in-law Eve Smith, Edith Wilms; and niece Doreen Wenzel.
A proud United States Army – National Guard veteran, Gary enjoyed camping, playing cards, and traveling. Gary would often take his sons duck hunting.
