Elaine Ann (Hude) Kellner, 60, passed away November 30, 2025. Annie was born and raised in Pueblo, alongside younger sister, Sharon. She graduated from Pueblo Central High School in 1983. By her mid-20s, Ann was working in sales and advertising and was a member of the Business Women’s Network. Ann married Bob Kellner in 1991. After she and Bob welcomed their two daughters, Leah and Rachel, Ann became a stay-at-home mom. Family, in all its iterations, was important to Ann and it was common for Bob, Ann, Leah and Rachel, to enjoy dinners and other events with Bob’s older children and their mother. Annie was a good cook and always made a point of having dinner at the table. She loved to read and was proud to organize the Scholastic Book Fair at St. Therese Catholic School for many years; she did her best to ensure that every child got a book. When Ann resumed working outside the home, she shared her love of books and reading through her role as the school librarian at Liberty Point and Sierra Vista elementary schools. Ann was proud of her role as a Girl Scout leader and enjoyed social outings with the Red Hats. She loved to travel, especially if the destination included a nice hotel and a beach. Most of all, though, Ann relished being a grandmother.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Kellner; her father, Tony Hude; her mother-in-law, Iola Kellner; her grandchildren, Artemis and Maverick Machado; her brothers-in-law, Charles Miller and Ray Catulli; and her son-in-law, Bill Knieff.   She is survived by her mother Vesper Dawn Bullard; her daughters, Leah (Darian) Watkins and Rachel (Nestor) Machado; her grandchildren, Felicity, Amity, Vivian, Abraham, and Samuel; her sister, Sharon Catulli; her nieces, Toni and Caroline Catulli; her stepchildren, Olivia Knieff and James (Jillian Emmons) Kellner; her sister-in-law, Ann Miller; her niece, Victoria Miller; her nephew, Matthew Miller (Shannan); and her dear friend Carty Wilson.   A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 27th at 3:00 pm at The Ecumenical Church of Pueblo West. Interment will take place in a private ceremony.
