Phyllis Gayle Cunningham, 76, widow of Harry Cunningham III, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. She was born in Harrodsburg on April 9, 1949 to the late Buford and Nora Frances Collier. Phyllis was a retired Registered Nurse from Eastern State Hospital and a member of Crestwood Baptist Church.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Michael Cunningham (Belinda); her grandchildren, Michael Cunningham, Ashley Cunningham, and Brittney Cunningham; and her 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
