January 20, 2026 Jeff found pain free peace from declining health at St. Joseph’s Hospital Tucson, AZ at the age of 80.
Jeff was born June 15, 1945 in Buffalo, NY to Stella Newland and Richard Schombert.
He was raised by his mother and Salvatore Marino in Seneca, New York.
At age 10 his family moved to Tucson where he lived until his passing.
Jeff was an electrician and electrical estimator for over 50 years in the Tucson area. He was an avid reader and was interested in researching and documenting a variety of topics. He also was interested in the Metaphysical realm.
Jeff is survived by Susan his wife of 28 years, his children: Katherine Briggs, Thomas Schombert (Lisa) and Christopher Schombert (previously deceased him), grandson Wezdon(Kate), great-grandson Ezra, and his extended Maine family. Per Jeff’s request there will not be a service.
