Krista Marie Parr, age 23, was called home far too soon, leaving behind a love and light that will never fade. Though our hearts deeply ache in her absence, we find comfort in knowing she is now our beautiful heavenly angel, resting in God’s eternal embrace.

Krista was vibrant, creative, and full of love. She had a fiery spirit and an infectious laugh that could light up any room. Wherever she went, joy followed, she was truly the life of the party, always making others smile and laugh. Being around Krista meant warmth, fun, and unforgettable moments.

She loved deeply, especially her beloved dog, Kora (affectionately known as Bear), who was never far from her heart. Krista had a strong and determined mindset. When she set her heart on something, she believed she could do anything, and she often did. Her kindness knew no bounds, and she was always her loved ones’ biggest supporter, cheering others on with genuine love and encouragement.

Krista’s faith was an anchor in her life. She believed strongly in God and carried that faith with grace, strength, and compassion. Her love, generosity, and light reflected the beauty of her soul, and that light will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Joseph Parr and Elizabeth Parr; her devoted big sister, Sara Parr; her cherished niece, Elles Marie; her nephew, Skyler Parr; and her brother-in-law, Jacob Mendez. She is also lovingly remembered by her older big sisters, Dana Wheeler and Carmen Parr, along with countless friends who became family.

Krista was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit, laughter, and love will live on forever in our hearts. Her light has not dimmed; it has simply risen higher.
