On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, Manuel Ulibarri, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away at the age of 84.
Manuel was born on February 6, 1941, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to Manuel Sr. and Josephine Ulibarri. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; his sons, Manuel Jr., Carl (Julia), Chris (Marie), and Erick (Jolene); his granddaughter and caregiver, Rosanna; his great-granddaughter and caregiver, Mikayla; and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Manuel was well known for founding the family business, Magic Mobile Homes, where he worked alongside his family for more than forty years. He took great pride in his work and valued the opportunity to build something lasting with those he loved. Outside of work, he enjoyed fishing, golfing, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
A Rosary will be held on February 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a reception in the parish hall.
His love, wisdom, and example of faith will forever remain in our hearts.
