Kenneth Worth Pugh entered into eternal rest on January 28th 2026. Ken was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who resided in Mount Pleasant, S.C. He built a life centered on faith, family, and hard work. He attended Porter Military School and later the University of South Carolina, where his lifelong loyalty to the Gamecocks began. A proud and avid USC fan! He especially enjoyed watching car racing-especially when he & mom could make it to a race in person, playing a casual round of golf, and cheering on his favorite teams.
Ken was the owner of Joe’s Alignment & Muffler, proudly serving the Summerville and West Ashley communities for many years. Known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and friendly nature, he formed lasting relationships with customers and friends alike.
A faithful member of East Cooper Baptist Church, he deeply enjoyed Bible Study and living out his faith daily. In his quieter moments, he found joy in cooking, crossword puzzles, reading, and watching his grandkids in their various school and sporting activities.
Above all else, he cherished time with his beloved wife, Martha Kay, who he was so devoted. He cared for her so faithfully all her life till her last day on earth. His love for family was evident in everything he did, and his presence brought warmth to all of us. We will miss you Ken!
A personal service to celebrate and honor Ken will be held by the family.
