Ms. Frances Audrey Blue The Daughter of Dolly and Julius Wilson was born on
February 27, 1947 and departed her earthly home on January 31, 2026. Frances Blue was born in New York but She made Summerville SC her final resting place.

Celebration of life luncheon will be held in her honor on February 28, 2026 in Summerville, SC.
After graduation, Frances married Nathaniel Blue. They were blessed with two daughters, Nichelle Coleman, and Marisa Morrison. Her family eventually included three grandsons Ryan, Ty, and Marcus and one granddaughter, Mia, all of whom were dear to her heart.
Frances enjoyed travel, house plants, reading, and was devoted to supporting the vulnerable and opposing systemic injustice. in this capacity she worked closely with Al Sharpton, Alton Maddox and Vernon Mason attorneys fighting for justice. Frances had a passion for Black Art which was proudly displayed throughout her home. Frances showed a unique blend of warmth and firmness in her love for family and friends. She was a loyal and trustworthy individual with deep convictions and would help anyone in need. She was always willing to offer her wisdom, strength and unwavering love across the generations.
Frances was passionate, generous, and outspoken. Each morning, she expressed gratitude to God. Frances lived bravely and refused to let challenges define her. She did not believe in organized religion, however, she believed and trusted God. She worked and retired from the US Government after 38 years. She was planning an Amtrak trip to CA, however God had other plans of travel for her.
Frances leaves to cherish her memory her Daughters Nichelle (Ryan) Marisa (Mark, four Grandchildren Ryan, Ty, Marcus and Mia, one Godchild Amonie Greene, a special sister/friend Victoria Greene and a host of Nieces, Nephews family friends as well as her bedside buddy Sagey.
Frances Blue was also the President of the 138TH Road Block Association in New York She provided Block Parties to Blossom on her Block
She loved Her 138th Road Family💙
She was preceded in death, by her Husband, Nathaniel, her Sister Cissy, her brother Ronald
