He was a 1992 graduate of Merritt Island High School, and married Melanie Day on February 16, 1996. He served in the Army and worked as a mechanic afterwards. He never turned down a chance to help a friend in need and loved to spend time hunting, fishing, listening to music, and bragging about his kids. He could often be found riding around in his truck with multiple friends.
Roger is predeceased by his father, Roger Williams I, and sister, Wendy Law. He is survived by his wife, Melanie Williams; mother, Debra Hartman; children, Kaitlyn, Haley, RJ, and Ty Williams; brothers, Paul Henderson and Elmer Hale; sisters, Sheila Sullivan (Ed) and Dena Williams; granddaughter, Taylor; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Friday, February 13 from 2-6 p.m. at Lake View Pavillion at Fay Lake Park. All friends, family, and anyone else whose lives were affected by Roger and who wish to share memories and support are invited.
