With loving hearts, we remember and celebrate the beautiful life of our beloved mom, Enrica Maria (Zucchini) Christensen. Born in London, England on April 24, 1928, to Aldolfo and Antonia Rosalia Zucchini, Enrica lived 97 wonderful years filled with devotion to family and those she cherished. On February 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family, she peacefully entered eternal rest, reuniting with her beloved husband of 70 years, Charles "Chris" Christensen, her dear sister Gioconda, and her treasured grandson, Vladik.

Enrica lived a life full of love, adventure, and commitment, embracing her husband's stations to London, New York, and Virginia - always creating a loving home for her children wherever they went.

Back on the sands of Cocoa Beach, Enrica and Chris made their beachside home a gathering place for family and friends - a place of laughter, shared meals, sunny afternoons by the pool, and spirited games of basketball. She welcomed everyone with warmth, generosity, and good cheer, creating countless loving memories filled with fun. Her kindness, humor, and adventurous spirit touched everyone she met, and her memory will remain a guiding light in the hearts of all who knew her.

Enrica is survived by her four children, Michael Christensen (Elaine), Greta Young (Roy), Michele Mohr (Ron), Gregory Christensen (Barbara), a very special nephew, Gary, 13 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

No longer in pain, Mom now dances once again and skates across heavenly ice with her cherished husband, Chris.

Enrica will be laid to rest with her loving husband, Chris, at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
