Karen was born on September 6th, 1962 in Denver, CO to Gilbert Ortiz and Virginia Archuleta. She was raised in Monte Vista, CO. Karen was a homemaker and dedicated her life to raising her 3 children. She loved to volunteer at her children's school. She was a strong spirit and a fighter. Karen loved her Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets. On March 3rd 2026, she was called home by our Lord. Karen is survived by her husband of 46 years Alberto. Siblings Vivian, Darlene, Roberta and Gerald. Children Albert, Cristina and Daniel. Grandchildren Alexia, Faith, Samuel, Selena, Sienna and Solomon. She will be remembered
