Pete Hernandez, 85, went home to be with the Lord on October 22, 2017. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Linda Nora Hernandez; sons, Paul and Troy; daughters, Monica Martinez and Joni Cortez; son-in-laws, Jack Cortez and Frankie Martinez; grand-daughter, Yvonne Medina; brothers, Leo, Lupe, John, Vincent Hernandez; sisters, Maggie Gonzales, Connie Castro, Porfidia Gonzales. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Diane Hernandez; siblings, Tony Hernandez and Shirley Arguello; grandchildren, Shawn and Sheila Martinez, Dante and Jason Cortez, Nicole Carasoza, P.J. and Angelica Hernandez, Chance, Ambrosia, Troy and Joshua Hernandez. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Viewing, 5:30 PM, Rosary 7:00 PM, Wednesday, November 1st, at Romero Chapel ~ Denver. Funeral Service, Friday, November 3rd, Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment ~ Olinger-Highland Cemetery. Reception to follow at The Colorado Ticks Club ~ pot luck.
