Wanda M Rutter passed away May 2, 2013. She was 87. Wanda was born September 6, 1925 in Buhl Idaho to Ernest and Hazel (Hoover) Lanning. She married Roy Rutter in Filer Idaho February 30, 1945. Wanda attended Linfield College in McMinnville, OR. for 1 year. She worked as a bank teller in Filer, ID. and as a Secretary for Eugene Public Schools. Wanda was also associated with EasternStar. Wanda loved to volunteer for Meals on Wheels, cook, work in her flower and vegetable gardens. She also enjoyed sports, traveling and physical education classes. She is survived by her daughter Gwen Jensen of Omaha, Nebraska and son Brian Rutter of Eugene, OR.
