Oltmans; sons, Steven Martinez and wife, Lynnette, Daniel Oltmans and Mandy; daughter, Brandie Jackson; brothers, Luis and Gilbert Duarte; sister, Lucy; and many other family members. She will ALWAYS BE LOVED AND GREATLY MISSED. SEE YOU SOON, MY BABY. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 28, 2013, at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge (South of Speedway).
