Bassam Khalil, 66, of Live Oak, passed September 15, 2023. Born in Lebanon to Kamli and Chafic Khalil. He was the oldest of 7 children. Brothers: Badie and Mahmoud, sisters: Salma, Selwa, Najwa and Montaha Khalil. He is survived by his wife, Marjie Hebert, his siblings, his sons: Nader (Sarah), Samer (Kelsey) and his grandkids: Sage, Kolsen, Oakley, Lennon, Iris, Laila Khalil, and many relatives. He moved to the US in 1980. He graduated from CSUC. He worked at Longs, owned his own landscaping business and worked at Yuba-Sutter Behavioral Health which helped fill his passion of helping people.
