Olivia Mary Padilla, age 90, born on March 17, 1924 in Trinidad, CO to Camilo and Sofia Martinez, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Teodoro Padilla; and her parents, Camillo and Sofia Martinez. Olivia is survived by her children; Ted Padilla, Jr. and wife Jennie, Rose Mary Montoya and husband Avenicio, Lillian Picard and husband Pete, Michael Padilla and wife Debby, Cecilia Maestas and husband Jerry; sister, Mary Trujillo; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 6:00 PM, at the Church of the Ascension Catholic Church, located at 2150 Raymac Road, SW, with recitation of Holy Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 3 at 10:00 AM, also at the church with interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
