BROWN, Donald Eugene, 67, of Tampa, passed away July 14, 2007. A native of Tichnor, Arkansas and resident of Tampa for many years. Donald is survived by his wife, Janice; his stepson, Paul Rosenberg and wife Michelle; grandsons, Tyler and Wade; and his sister, Jean Rustin. Donald was a journeyman lineman, retired from IBEW Local 222. Private services will be held.
