York, Alan B., 74, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Monday, July 6, 2009. He was born August 28, 1934 in Summit, New Jersey. He graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. He lived in New Jersey until 1989 and then moved to Florida. Alan served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1959 as a 1st Lieutenant. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack York and Bob York. Survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Claudia; son, Matthew; daughter, Janice (Lewis) Hailman; nine grandchildren, Sierra Hailman, Chase Hailman, Marcus York, Josh York, K C York, Deanna York, Daniel York, Alyssa York and Ashley York; and many other family members and friends. Services are pending at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell FL hn glover death datepsychology and lung cancer
