SEMBER, JOHN S., 99, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday, February 16, 2000 at the Arbors of St. Petersburg. He was born in Kingston, NY and came here in 1966 from Oneonta, NY. He was a retired railroad engineer, locally he was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. He is survived by one brother, Frank, of Kingston, NY and several nieces and nephews.
