Kennedy, Byron L., Jr., 80, of St. Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013. He was born in Jacksonville, FL where he graduated from Lee High School. He received his Bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College after serving in the US Army. He owned Scholastic Services for 30 years and made many long lasting friends through his work in the school business. He is survived and missed by his four sons, Byron III (Catherine); Brad; Blake (Kim); and Brett (Kelly). He was so proud of his ten grandchildren - Bo, Charles, Khoury, Kristina, Peyton, Blair, Cole, Hope, Kara and Krista. There will be a private service for the family on Saturday.
