McClellan, Oliver Edwin ?Mac,? 84, of Treasure Island, died Thursday Sept. 19, 2002 at Egret Cove Center. Born in Pine Grove, Ohio, he came here in 1974 from Hamilton, Ohio. He retired from General Motors after 27 years of service as a Tool and Die Supervisor in Hamilton. He served in the U. S. Army during WWII. He was Catholic and a member of the Knights of Columbus in Hamilton. He was an avid golfer. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Mollie Frances; three daughters: Diane Knodel, Hamilton, Ohio; Maureen Brainard, St. Petersburg; and Anita Talmadge, Treasure Island; three sons: Kevin, Cincinnati, Ohio; Patrick, Warren, Michigan; and Brian, Lutz, FL; fifteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
