Spaulding, Joseph Allen ?Joe? Jr., 91, of St. Petersburg, died Monday June 2, 2003 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. He came here in 2001 from his native, Lake Charles, Louisiana. He was a retired senior lab analyst with Citgo Oil Refinery in Lake Charles. He served as local treasurer of the Full Gospel Businessman?s Fellowship International, and the Catholic Charismatic Regional Conference. He participated in catholic evangelistic outreach to Catholic laymen in Belize, British Honduras. He loved locomotives, music and history. He is survived by two sons, Nicholas Spaulding of Renaissance, California and Charles Patrick Spaulding of Aliso Viejo, California; two daughters, Ronda Russick of St. Petersburg and Sister Geralyn Spaulding OSB of Waialua, Hawaii; two step-daughters, Janice Blanchard of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Nita Fogg of Palm Beach, Florida and two grandsons.
