Henter, Theodore c., 93, of St. Petersburg, died Monday Dec. 29, 2003. He moved here in 1971 from his native Panama Canal Zone where he worked as an Engineer for the U. S. Government for 42 years. he was a member of Northeast Presbyterian Church and the Professional Engineers Society. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Emley M.; a son, Ted Henter, Jr.; and three grandchildren. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Bobbitt Chapel.
