Smith, Videlle Southard, 93, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday December 24, 2003 at home. She was born in Noble, OK and lived in Dallas, TX for 47 years, where she was a member of Highland Park Methodist Church. She moved to Houston, TX in 1988 where she lived until 1998, when she came here. She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Joy Kleitsch of St. Petersburg and Sheila Brown of Houston, TX; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
