Wooley, Ralph W. ?Bill,? 59, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday May 25, 2004 at home. Born in East Liverpool, Ohio, he came here in 1984 from Pittsburgh, PA. He worked as a truck driver for a long distance trucking company and retired after twenty five years of service. Survivors include three sisters: Jean Headley, East Liverpool, Ohio; Alice Higgens, Wellsville, Ohio; and Margaret Wooley, St. Petersburg; and one brother, Harry Wooley, of Virginia. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
