O?Neal, Cheri, 56, of St. Pete Beach, died Sunday, August 22, 2004 under Hospice care. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, she came here in 1970 from Little Rock, Arkansas. She was Vice President of Sales with Bouchard Insurance in Clearwater, President of the Polish Lowland Sheep Dog Club and a member of the Health Insurance Association of America HIAA. She is survived by her husband, Gregory A. Ritter; a sister, Rebecca O?Neal of Little Rock, Arkansas and an aunt, Aline McKinney Garrett of Malvern, Arkansas.
