Dedmond, Mildred G. ?Millie,? 83, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday December 14, 2004 at Gracewood Nursing Center, Pinellas Park. Born in Salem, South Dakota, she moved to Florida in 1951. She worked in the Purchasing Department of St. Petersburg City Hall from 1952 until her retirement in 1978. She moved to Inverness for several years before returning to St. Petersburg in 1997. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Survivors include a daughter, Janette Allen, St. Petersburg; a granddaughter, Jessica Kiest, St. Petersburg; a grandson, Jeff Allen, Jacksonville; and three great-granddaughters.
