September 17th, 1925 - November 8th, 2005
Gendron, Leo E., 80, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday November 8, 2005 at Largo Medical Center. He came here in 1953 from his native Southbridge, Massachusetts. He was a U. S. Army veteran of WWII. Following his retirement as manager of the Careless Navigator restaurant on Treasure Island, he worked in the Distribution Department of the St. Petersburg Times until he retired again in 1988. He was a life member of VFW Post #6827. He was a member of F&AM Elmer O. Smith Lodge #307 in Pinellas Park, the Egypt Shrine Temple and the Scottish Rite. Survivors include two daughters; Cathy Smith, Pinellas Park; and Linda Gendron, St. Petersburg. Anderson-McQueen Funeral & Cremation Centers-Tyrone Chapel
