Proctor, William Fredrick ?Fred?, 45, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at home. A native of St. Petersburg, he was employed by a local fabrication shop as a welder. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his son, Michael Conrad, St. Petersburg; a stepdaughter, Nanci S. Crandall, St. Petersburg; his parents, Albert J. and Suzann M. Proctor, Pinellas Park and three brothers, James J. Proctor, Pinellas Park, Richard Lee Proctor, St. Petersburg and Robert D. Proctor, Redwood, MN.
