"Rocky" Rockford James Joseph Connell, 27, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed on Monday, February 24, 2014 as the result of an auto accident.  He was a native and life long resident of St. Petersburg and was a graduate of Northeast High School.  
 
  
 
He is survived by his loving son, John Paul "J.P." Connell; his parents, John R. and Cookie Connell; his loving sister, Tiffany "Tippy" Connell; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  
 
  
 
A memorial service will be 2 PM Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Grace Lutheran Church 4301-16th Street North with Rev. Kevin Loughran officiating.  
 
  
 
A celebration of Rocky's life will immediately follow in the church fellowship hall.
