Bin "Scott"Lu, 32, of Clearwater, FL, died Sunday, November 7, 2004 at St. Anthony's Hospital. He was born in China and came here in 2004 from Atlanta where he was a 2001 graduate of the University Of GA with a Masters Of Business Administration degree. He was a Corporate Auditor for energy companies and also worked for Jabil Circuit in St. Petersburg. He was a member of Tampa Bay Chinese Baptist Church and the Certified Financial Analyst Institute. He is survived by his wife, Qing Chang and his parents, Huiliang Lu and Aijuan Cao of China.
