Daisy F. Miles, 74, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2002 while visiting in Laramie, WY. She was born in Huntington, WV and came here in 1973 from Hazel Park, MI. She was a bakery clerk at Publix Supermarket at The Market Place and was also a teacher and day care worker at Liberty Baptist Church Day Care where she was a member. She is survived by one son, George Lance Miles of Rawlins, WY, three daughters, Patricia Pettit of Largo, Deborah Moser and Sandra Miles both of St. Petersburg, five sisters, Aileen Coovert of Orlando, Maxine Lawde of Washington, Virgie Slater of St. Petersburg, Betty Bastin of Detroit, MI, Mary Lou Talley of Taylor, MI, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
