Rowley, Norman Ralph was born on June 11, 1929 in Howell, Michigan. He passed away March 2, 2016 in Leesburg, Florida. Norman was a loving husband to Marjean Elston Rowley for 68 years. He was the caring and selfless father to four children Gregg Rolwey (Sally), Scott Rowley, Teresa Rowley Jones (Don), and Troy Rowley (Shandra.) He was a doting grandfather to four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Norman resided in St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated from St. Petersburg High school in 1947. He was a Pass Master with the Masonic Northside Lodge #283 in 1968. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason. Norman started working for GTE in 1965, during this time he owned two service stations, a Texaco Service Station on 9th Avenue North and 28th Street, as well as a Union 76 service station on 16th Street North in St. Petersburg. Norman retired in 1991 where he relocated to Leesburg and was a current resident with his wife Marjean Rowley. His visitation will be held Monday, march 7, 2016, 10am-12pm with the funeral service at 12pm; both at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK Street North, St. Petersburg. Interment will follow at Memorial Park
