Mary was born August 20, 1960 in Agania, Guam and passed away March 16, 2018 in Mckenna, WA. She is survived by her husband James; son, James Bascon; sisters, Annette Susuico, Patricia Ada, Melissa Francisco; brothers, Richard Cepeda, Robert Palacios, Chris Mark-Cepeda; the Diaz siblings as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
