Born 5/11/1976 in Houston, TX to Arthur and Bronnie (Harper) Miller and passed away unexpectedly 9/27/2007 with her loving husband by her side in Port Orchard, WA. Autumn was a member of Rainbow & Eastern Star and was employed by Regence Blue Shield for over 10 years where she received several awards for her outstanding performance.

Autumn is survived by her husband Justin; parents, Arthur & Bronnie Miller; other mother, Teressa Cook; 5 dogs, Rocko, Cupid, Bleu, Daisy, numerous aunts, uncles & friends. 
A celebration of Autumns life will be held 11AM Friday, 10/5/2007 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA. Public viewing before service 10-11AM.
