Nicholasville, KY James Morton Dailey was born May 9, 1933 in Clark County, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents James Coleman and Effie Marie Jett Dailey and one sister, Helen Riddle. He is survived by his wife, Phoebe B. Dailey, a son Thomas Barr Dailey, a daughter Jana Marie Robinson, and five grandchildren; Kari Dailey, Logan Dailey, Ally Robinson, Chase Robinson, and Braden Robinson. He graduated from Winchester High School, attended Eastern Kentucky University and University of Kentucky. He served 4 years in the US navy. He worked as a laboratory technician at Man Memorial Hospital in Man, WV where he met his wife. He worked 2 years as a laboratory technician at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, and then he went to work for Malkin Instrument Co, where he worked until he helped start Laboratory Supply Company and worked as a salesman/ part owner until his retirement in 1993. Funeral Information There will be a visitation Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 5-7 PM at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing. Burial will be at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11 AM with caisson and military honors. Processional will leave Clark's in Brannon Crossing at 10:15 AM.
